Freaky Friday the 13th Circuit Workout!

Here’s what I did this morning under the Full Moon! Body weight interval circuit. It’s a killer! Do it with me!
Do as many rounds as you can (13 rounds will take a little over an hour).
Don’t forget to stretch and drink your water!
